Asquith Hall

Asquith Hall was purpose-built as a direct response to demand for mental health and dementia care in West Yorkshire for working age and older adults.

Our home

Our nursing home is based in the historic town of Todmorden, found in the Upper Calder Valley of Calderdale, and overlooks the beautiful Centre Vale Park.

Our hard-working staff support people with a range of needs including mental health disorders, behaviours that may challenge, physical illnesses, disabilities, complex care and dementia.

Modern facilities

Asquith Hall has first-class facilities to help support our ladies and gentlemen, from our spa therapy room and assisted bathrooms to nurse stations and a hydrotherapy pool.

The ground floor has 25 bedrooms and focuses on long-term care for those with complex mental health needs and dementia. On the first floor there are 28 bedrooms, designed to support people with mental disorders, complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Our nursing home has a large communal lounge and dining room on each floor as well as an enclosed garden and salon to help promote a high quality of life.

Holistic therapies

We offer numerous relaxation therapies to help our ladies and gentlemen lead healthy, happy and active lives with as much independence as possible, whatever their circumstances. This includes hydrotherapy*, occupational therapy and community complimentary therapies.

*Please note that hydrotherapy is currently not being offered as the pool is closed.
