Our experienced team of Care Assistants are at the heart of what we do at Asquith Hall. Their enthusiasm, commitment and compassion mean they provide the best care for our ladies and gentlemen. This role includes building strong bonds with those we care for, fulfilling their specific needs and knowing how to look after those with complex needs, challenging behaviours and dementia, with help from our training programmes.
They are responsible for:
- Caring for our ladies and gentlemen in a warm and friendly manner at all times
- Utilising their working knowledge of care plans, risk assessments and treatment pathways for those we care for
- Providing companionship and assisting with daily living.
